Through this collaboration, Indonesians can enjoy chef Edi's Australian beef culinary creations at the Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue for two weeks. The kick-off event featured a presentation on Australian beef by chef Stefu Santoso and a butchery demo by Edi. Both are Aussie Beef Mates delegates from Indonesia.
