An international hotel in Tokyo is set to tap into the LGBT community by offering a special accommodation package.
In a statement, the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo situated in Shinjuku, announced that the package includes access to the 45th floor Premier Grand Club Lounge and a 10 percent discount on a special gay area night tour of the Shinjuku 2-Chome LGBT area provided by Out Asia Travel, which offers a variety of tour packages in Asia for LGBT travelers.

Popular among foreign tourists, the Shinjuku 2-Chome region is said to host over 300 bars, restaurants and shops that cater to the LGBT community within a 200 meter radius.
The accommodation package itself boasts Premier Grand guest rooms equipped with L'Occitane amenity items and Bluetooth capable BOSE speakers. The hotel also provides a cultural program that allows guests to experience interesting activities, such as a Japanese tea ceremony, flower arranging and a kimono and yukata traditional fashion.
