“All parties helped improve services at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, from [state-owned airport operator] AP II's internal team to airlines, customs, immigration, quarantine, police, ground handling, AirNav and other stakeholders. We are grateful for their role in this achievement," AP II CEO M. Awaluddin said in a statement.
“In the future, we are seeking to increase the airport’s rank to the top 30 list of best airports in the world and so that we can continue to become a source of pride for Indonesia,” he added.
Many facilities have been added to improve the comfort of passengers at the airport, such as the skytrain, high-speed Wi-Fi, improved baggage handling, as well as mobile app INairPort, which displays useful information about the airport. (gis/kes)
