View all search resultshangri-La Jakarta, in collaboration with Bank Central Asia (BCA) and top-tier wedding organizers, is set to present an exclusive and comprehensive wedding showcase, “Symphony of Eternity,” from April 4 to 5.
Inspired by the harmony of two lives coming together, Symphony of Eternity reflects the beauty of a wedding as a timeless composition, where every detail is thoughtfully orchestrated to create a meaningful and enduring celebration.
Through this theme, Shangri-La Jakarta presents a refined experience in which each element comes together seamlessly, bringing every couple’s unique story to life.
Supported by Pranatacara Wedding Organizer and Olivia Organizer, two of the industry’s top-tier wedding organizers, acting as “The Composers,” the event brings together distinct yet complementary creative perspectives in shaping the overall concept. The experience is further curated by Pranata Cultura as “The Conductor,” unifying the vision into one cohesive, seamless and well-integrated journey.
The showcase, set across Shangri-La Jakarta’s iconic venues, including the Grand Ballroom, Ceria Room, Poolside Garden and SATOO Garden, is designed as a multi-zone journey presenting diverse interpretations of modern weddings, with each zone carrying its own character and narrative, blending aesthetics, culture and contemporary touches into an immersive experience.
Over the two-day showcase, guests will experience a comprehensive wedding journey within an integrated ecosystem of more than 300 vendors, including 60 carefully curated top-tier vendors who contribute not only through their services but also by unveiling new concepts and creations never showcased before.
Through collaborations across each zone, the event offers couples the opportunity to discover inspiration, consult directly with industry experts and plan their special day within one trusted destination, Shangri-La Jakarta, where elegant venues meet a complete wedding experience.
In collaboration with BCA, exclusive privileges are extended to BCA credit cardholders who confirm their wedding during the event. These benefits include savings of Rp 5 million with a minimum down payment of Rp 50 million, along with complimentary Deluxe Room stays for selected packages. Together, these privileges enhance a seamless and rewarding booking experience.
Wedding Packages
Shangri-La Jakarta will also present exclusive wedding packages available during the wedding showcase from April 4 to 5. Designed across a selection of venues, these packages offer a comprehensive wedding experience with minimum spending starting from Rp 218 million net for 200 persons, applicable for wedding celebrations held between January and December 2027.
Slightly larger celebrations can be accommodated at the Ceria Room & Poolside Garden, with packages beginning at Rp 318 million net for 300 persons. For grander occasions, the Ceria Room or Indonesian Room offers a refined setting starting from Rp 488 million net for 500 guests. For even more expansive events, the Ballroom (two sections) is available from Rp 788 million net for 800 persons.
