With every breath we take, the water we drink, Mother Earth sustains our lives.
It is time to give back, and Alila Villas Uluwatu desires to not only preserve the environment for everyone, but also to ensure that we do our part in sustaining nature.
Crowning the elevated plateau that graces the limestone cliffs above the Balinese sea, the resort has been committed to eliminating waste and pollution by recycling and repurposing waste to regenerate nature since 2019.
The results can already be seen in Alila Villas Uluwatu’s The Warung restaurant, with its array of drinking glasses that have given new purpose to discarded glass bottles, produced from the on-site Sustainability Lab.
Delight in the resort’s “Pick and Swap Shop” for staff, which houses items that still promise joy in their use, ranging from beach bags, summery slippers, you name it!
Alila Villas Uluwatu is a home where nothing goes to waste, sustaining the life of Bali’s natural gems, from the island’s beaches, forests and to rivers, all under the care of the resort’s community.
