Conrad Bali celebrates Hilton’s award of Top Hospitality Company to Work for in Indonesia

C

onrad Bali is celebrating Hilton’s recognition as the top hospitality company to work for in Indonesia by global research and consulting firm Great Place To Work®.

Placing second in the Large-Sized Organization category in 2024, the achievement marks Hilton's second consecutive win following its inaugural recognition in 2023. The award highlights Hilton's ongoing commitment to creating a supportive, empowering workplace.

The recognition by Great Place To Work® follows Hilton’s global achievement of being named the World’s Best Workplace by Fortune and Great Place to Work®, the only hospitality company to receive this prestigious title.

As part of Hilton's global portfolio, the celebration comes alongside Conrad Bali’s own milestone of 20 years of excellence.

Since opening its doors two decades ago, Conrad Bali has prided itself on offering a supportive and nurturing work environment, empowering its team members to thrive both personally and professionally. Notably, 125 dedicated team members have been with the hotel since the pre-opening phase, reflecting their long-standing commitment to Hilton’s award-winning workplace culture.

The stories of 10 inspiring team members have been transformed into a mini-series titled Hidden Gems of Conrad Bali, showcasing their personal and professional growth throughout their many years at the resort.

Since May 2024, when the resort celebrated its 20th anniversary, each episode has highlighted one team member and been shared across the resort's social media platforms. Displaying the multi-faceted nature of the team at the resort, the stories range from their passions for traditional dancing, spiritual leadership within their communities to discovering their soulmate at the resort.

“We are incredibly proud of this achievement and honored to be part of Hilton’s continued success in fostering positive workplace environments,” said Conrad Bali general manager Kevin Girard.

“Our commitment to our team members is at the heart of everything we do, and this recognition further reinforces that our people are what makes Conrad Bali, and Hilton as a whole, an incredible place to work.”

This generational commitment is further highlighted by the many families who have worked at Conrad Bali, where parents and their children have both chosen the hotel as their career destination. This deep-rooted sense of community is a testament to the hotel's ability to foster a strong, inclusive and supportive work culture, enabling team members to develop lifelong careers in the hospitality industry.

Hilton’s ongoing dedication to its workforce is driven by industry-leading programs designed to empower its team members. These initiatives provide growth opportunities and well-being support, ensuring that team members feel valued, inspired and equipped to deliver exceptional service to guests.

“We’ve been a part of this community for 20 years, and it’s not just a workplace, it’s a family,” said Girard. “Our success stems from the passion, dedication, and hard work of our team members, many of whom have grown alongside us. It’s incredibly rewarding to see how they have built their careers and continued to deliver excellence for our guests."
