he Deli Serdang regency in North Sumatra is struggling to find a relocation site for dozens of Rohingya refugees who recently arrived in Pantai Labu district.
Pantai Labu district chief M Faisal Nasution said Monday that the 153 Rohingya refugees, previously reported to be 146 individuals, were currently being accommodated in the district office hall.
He said the regency administration was working with the United Nations refugee agency (UNHCR) to find a suitable relocation site for the refugees.
"We are still looking for a proper place for the relocation," Faisal said.
