fter canceling its annual onsite festival, We The Fest has switched to an online format featuring headliners such as Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi, British duo Oh Wonder and American musician Masego.

The We The Fest Virtual Home Edition, to be hosted by Reza Chandika and Vidi Aldiano, will run on Sept. 26 and 27.

Promoter Ismaya Live also announced 26 artists to grace the festival, including American musicians and group Autograf, Goldroom, RAC and Keshi as well as Indonesian acts Maliq & D’essentials, Isyana Sarasvati, Vidi Aldiano, Yura Yunita, Diskoria, Endah N Rhesa, Gabber Modus Operandi, Hindia, Hondo, Jason Ranti, Kalulla, Nadin Amizah, Patricia Schuldtz and W.W. 

“We The Fest: Virtual Home Edition will bring on-ground festival happiness to a virtual [platform], with content that can be enjoyed during the event, such as music, art, film, fashion and food,” Argi Wibawa, Ismaya Live brand supervisor, said in a press conference.

The festival is available for free, but viewers are required to register on its official website

Viewers in Jakarta can also enjoy delicacies from Ismaya Gourmet by ordering food from a dedicated Tokopedia channel that will be available during the festival. The food will be delivered via courier services. (wng)
