Issues: `Is Manohara her mother's puppet?'

Of course I sympathize with Manohara's predicament, but in the past days, after following the TV coverage about her and her mother, I can't suppress my growing doubts. If Manohara's mother, Daisy Fajarina, really had the best interests of her daughter at heart, she would have gone straight to a renowned hospital in Jakarta upon arrival in Indonesia (or, better yet, a medical center in Singapore after leaving the hotel she escaped from) to subject Manohara to a thorough physical examination.

Your comments:

Funny thing is I somehow agree with the above letter. After following the case from time to time, it looks more and more dodgy each day for me.

I hope for the best for Manohara, she's so young to even be involved in all this mess.

I believe there's a reason why Manohara refuses to lodge a police report.

She was tortured and most probably being threatened by the Kelantan family.

How is she supposed to run, everywhere she goes is controlled by them and she would be easily caught if she tried to run away.

To Indonesian: don't hate Malaysians; most of us in Malaysia are against all the bad things that happened to her.

I think we can't say anything much about the Manohara case. Of course her mom will take her to Indonesia because if Manohara was still in Singapore there is the great possibility that she would soon be back to Malaysia!

Who knows, maybe people from Kelantan will go to Singapore and do something to her?

It's not about how she looks, it's how she feels inside and how true the stories are.

I think we should wait for the results before telling anything to public. And from there we could take a further look.

I share the same suspicion.

Isn't it strange that a mother let her very young daughter (16 years old) mary a prince in his 30s in the first place?

Previously, Manohara also dated Bakrie's son, who is also much older than her.

Then, isn't it a reasonable suspicion that Manohara's mother simply uses Manohara to mine for gold?
