AKARTA: Foreign Minister Marty Natalegawa launched the book titled Insight Indonesia: The Perspective of Americans on Monday at the Foreign Ministry office complex in Jakarta. The launch was organized in line with the opening of the Indonesian-US Interfaith Cooperation meeting, kompas.com reported on Monday.

Initiated by the Directorate General of Information and Public Diplomacy, in cooperation with the Indonesian Embassy in Washington, DC, the book contains the writing of several American figures who have been widely known as friends to Indonesia, including former foreign secretary Henry Kissinger, US Senator Christopher Bond, Congressman Dan Burton, academician Karl Jackson, Professor Robert Hefner, and economists such as James Castle and Craig Charney.
