Guess what?: Tasya Kamila on her acting career

Kapanlagi.com

JAKARTA: Singer and actress Tasya Kamila has said that she no longer wants to limit herself to starring in horror movies, her favorite genre, and wants to expand her acting resume.

She admitted that she was not the kind of person who got scared easily, especially with supernatural things.

Nevertheless, in her recent film, Mall Klender (Klender'€™s Mall), which hits theaters on April 24, she plays as a gutless girl.

'€œI'€™m a big fan of horror movies, both local and international. The main challenge in joining [Mall Klender] is that I have play a coward, while in fact I don'€™t get scared easily,'€ said Tasya as quoted by kapanlagi.com.

Before Mall Klender, Tasya also acted in Rumah Kentang (Potato'€™s House, 2012) horror film.

She said that she was to any opportunity to star in a different genre in developing her acting career. '€œI will take film projects with interesting characters. I'€™ve received an offer to play in a drama, but I wasn'€™t so sure about the character [so I didn'€™t take it].

'€œBut if there'€™s another chance, be it comedy or drama, I'€™d like to give it a shot.'€
