Drummer with pop band Noah, Ilsyah Ryan Reza, will quit the band early next year, saying that he wants to focus on developing his own projects.
'I have several projects outside the band; I can't tell you the details yet because they're still a secret,' Reza said as quoted by tribunnews.com.
He said he had talked with the other band members five month ago, insisting that if he stayed on, it could disrupt the band. 'I've noticed that the band's getting stronger but I can't give my full focus to it. I don't want to cause any trouble for the band, so I quit,' Reza said.
Vocalist Nazril 'Ariel' Ilham said they had discussed the matter, but Reza's decision was firm and all they could do was support him. 'So like it or not, we have to let him go and always support him,' he said.
