Other parts of the world, especially developed countries, have begun to cope with increasingly aging populations, creating more integrated health-care approaches that rely on data, technology and connectivity. It is simply called “connected care”.
The number of Indonesians aged over 65 years old is estimated to increase by between 7 to 14 percent from the current figure in 2050, leading to increasing budgetary allocations for social security, a World Bank report revealed on Monday.
