View all search resultsState-owned railway operator PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) has replaced the president director of its commuter rail subsidiary, PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI), amid public scrutiny over how it handled a viral incident involving a missing tumbler on a commuter train.
In addition to banning a male passenger who was caught on video allegedly harassing a woman at Tanah Abang Station early this month, KCI has renewed its call for all Commuter Line passengers to be aware of their surroundings both on board and at stations.
Commuter line operator PT KAI Commuter will integrate three stations in Central Jakarta, namely Karet, BNI City and Sudirman stations, in April this year as part of its efforts to improve commuters’ comfort.
