ITB students create passionfruit skin diabetes-friendly cookies

Three students from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) have used passionfruit skin to create diabetes-friendly cookies. Named Diakies, the cookies won them second place at Scientific Week of Pharmaceutical Students, which was held from Sept. 4 to 10 at the Indonesia Muslim University (UMI) in Makassar, South Sulawesi.
