PNM announces new board of commissioners and directors lineup

PNM announces new board of commissioners and directors lineup

T Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) shareholders officially appoint Nurhaida, previously deputy chair of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) commissioner board (2017-2022) as an independent commissioner of PNM. The decision was outlined in Copy No. SK-119/MBU/06/2023 and No. 0608-DIR/HCB/06/2023 dated June 13, 2023, regarding the termination and appointment of members of the board of commissioners of PNM.

Nurhaida has made a name for herself since she started her career at the Capital Market Supervisory Agency (Bapepam). There, she served as the head of the Transaction Bureau and Securities Institution, Bapepam-LK (2008-2011), and was entrusted with the role of advisor in the field of Financial Services and Capital Market Policy and Regulation for the Finance Ministry from January to February of 2011.

During the same period, she also served as acting chair of Bapepam, eventually solidifying her position as chair of Bapepam during the 2011 to 2012 period. This journey then placed Nurhaida as a member of the OJK commissioner board for two terms, first as the executive head of Capital Market Supervision from 2012 to 2017, then as deputy chair of the OJK commissioner board from 2017 to 2022.

Nurhaida’s appointment was handed over by Khoerur Roziqin, deputy assistant for Financial Services at the State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Ministry, and was attended by PNM president director Arief Mulyad and chairman of PNM’s board of commissioners Arif Rahman Hakim, as well as the other members of the board of directors and commissioners.

As part of the cooperation between Ultra Micro Holdings and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), the appointment of Nurhaida was also attended by Supari, Micro Business director of BRI, and Agus Winardono, Human Capital director of BRI.

Similarly, in accordance with the decision of the SOE Ministry in Copy SK-120/MBU/06/2023 and No. 0609-DIR/HCB/06/2023 regarding the termination, position, nomenclature changes, task transfer and appointment of members of the board of directors of PT PNM, Prasetya Sayekti was appointed as PNM’s business director.

The final composition of PNM’s board of commissioners is as follows:

Chairman of the board of commissioners: Arif Rahman Hakim

Commissioner: Parman Nataatmadja

Commissioner: Iwan Taufiq Purwanto

Independent commissioner: Veronica Colondam

Independent commissioner: Nurhaida

And here is the composition of PNM’s board of directors:

President director: Arief Mulyadi

Business: Prasetya Sayekti

Operations, Digital, and Information Technology director: Sunar Basuki

Strategic Planning and Finance director: Ninis Kesuma Adriani

Compliance and Risk Management director: Kindaris
