roupM, the media investment group of WPP, has announced a partnership with Tokopedia – Indonesia’s largest e-commerce platform with more than 90 million monthly active users.
The partnership will enable Tokopedia to empower GroupM and its agencies to leverage its marketing solutions and tools, like TopAds, to drive business growth and improve shopper experience.
On the other hand, GroupM and its agencies (Mindshare, MediaCom, Wavemaker, Essence and m/SIX) are expected to offer clients a holistic e-commerce solution from, strategy to performance marketing, off and on the platform.
“We are absolutely bullish about accelerating the growth of e-commerce together with Tokopedia and our clients. Through this strategic partnership, we hope we can further strengthen our e-commerce capability to build our clients’ businesses,” GroupM Indonesia CEO Himanshu Shekhar said.
