It’s not often that the public gets to see President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo angry. Typical of a Javanese ruler, his silence during the meeting on Monday morning with the management of the state power company PLN spoke volumes. He was very angry.
Jonan went further by saying: “Just ask PLN and the [SOE] minister, who is responsible for the [company]. We are the regulator that oversees and monitors the operator,” in response to Instagram user @lukman.saputra31, one of many replies he posted that day.
