View all search resultsBank Central Asia (BCA) posted a net profit of Rp 29 trillion (US$1.7 billion), up 8 percent year-on-year (yoy), in the first half of this year, in line with growing loan disbursement and funding, as well as rising transaction volume.
Pertamina, Indonesia’s largest oil and gas company, reported Monday that it still managed to book a net profit of US$1.05 billion last year, down 58.44 percent from 2019. Its revenue also fell 24.31 percent to $41.46 billion.
The publicly listed bank booked Rp 4.46 trillion (US$301.34 million) in net profit in the first half of this year. The figure contracted 41.6 percent compared to the same period of 2019 due to flatlining net interest income, which only grew 1 percent to Rp 17.8 trillion caused by delayed loan repayment.
