View all search resultsPublicly-listed state coal miner Bukit Asam booked a net profit of Rp 3.1 trillion (US$220.3 million) in the January-September period of this year, a 21.8 percent decrease from the same period last year, although there was a sales increase due to a decline in coal prices and rising costs.
Private lender Citibank Indonesia reported a net profit of Rp 1.64 trillion (US$115.28 million) in the first half, up 97 percent from Rp 835.34 billion in the first six months of last year, thanks to higher interest income and better loan quality, although loan growth remained stagnant.
