View all search resultsThe Jakarta Tourism Agency has sent circulars to nightclubs in the city, reminding them not to get involved in drug business. The move follows reports from the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) that drug circulation is rampant at the entertainment spots.
A special team which will be in charge of monitoring activities in nightclubs across the city is set to be established by city administration following the closure of Alexis Hotel in North Jakarta for allegedly facilitating prostitution.
Then the music starts. This is usually when it is most awkward. Picture it: you are standing there, looking at each other, asking yourself, "OK, is it time to dance? What about now?
