One of the showcasing designers, Risza Novianty from fashion house SAO by Risza, uses recycled plastic bottles as a main material. The plastic bottles were processed and combined with traditional woven cloth with natural coloring.
American scientists have developed a more effective and greener way to recycle the single-use plastics made from a common polyester material, which could help pretect oceans from plastic waste by jumpstarting the recycled plastics market.
