The National Police’s Criminal Investigation Department (Bareskrim) has charged a low-ranking police officer with premeditated murder in the mysterious death of Brig. Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat at the home of then-internal affairs chief Insp. Gen. Ferdy Sambo last month.
