Court acquits ex-Langkat regent in caging case
A spokesman of the Langkat Prosecutor’s Office in North Sumatra says the office plans to appeal the acquittal handed down on Monday by the Stabat District Court to Terbit Rencana Perangin-Angin, over his role in the case of illegal incarceration at his residence that led to the deaths of four people.
